We're an experienced team of new media professionals who have worked in the
industry since the mid-90s. We've worked for the big companies, but felt
we could do it better on our own.
We are:
| Ben Fitch |
| Before
founding evolve new media, Ben
honed his design and branding
expertise over two years in the UK,
where he worked in the new media industry
as an interface designer, web developer, and project manager. He worked for clients such
as ntl, Lucent Technologies, and UK Digital Radio. Before that, he spent time developing
Shell Canada's intranet and worked
on the federal government's
first round of Strategis. And once,
with complete disregard for
consequences, he took off across
Europe on a 25 year old
motorbike... |
|
| Chris Grant |
| Most recently Chris
worked as an engineering
manager for a Barnes&Noble.com company in the
Silicon Valley. There, he hired and managed a small team of
mid
and senior level developers that focused on high-end
development problems, technology prototyping, and data
modeling. Prior to that Chris worked as
a senior software
developer focusing on difficult web
interface/database
interaction problems. He has experience
working in varied
environments from small entrepreneurial companies
to government, research, and heavy
industry. He's done stuff... and things... and stuff.

| Christine Anderson |
|
Christine is a computer science grad whose personality contrasts with the stereotypical image of her discipline. Her great sense of humour combined with an ability for effective communication have been key to her successful career. In addition to a variety of tech jobs, she was most recently a project manager at the internationally recognized web design firm, Critical Mass, where she led a variety of e-marketing initiatives for Mercedes-Benz USA. Her experience includes managing content, email campaigns, brochure-ware sites, and e-commerce projects. As testament to her adventurous personality, a few months ago you could have also spotted her with a pack on her back, trekking across foreign lands such as Cambodia, Burma, and Vietnam.

| Erika Innes |
| Erika's worked in the UK for a new media company developing
Flash presentations before turning to her true passion of photography.
With experience and skills she has a strong portfolio of award winning
travel photography and has recently begun to focus on stock photography.
Be it a weekend in Paris or a walk
through downtown Montreal, the
camera bag is loaded and toted.

| Blaine Campbell |
|
Once a mathematician-in-training, Blaine forsook the wild
and crazy life of partial differential equations for the high stakes world of
Silicon Valley. There he worked as a senior developer and manager for a
multi-million dollar business-to-business e-commerce company (whose many clients
included Microsoft, Sun, and Lucent) and was instrumental in a successful
high-stakes corporate merger. He has also done a bunch of other stuff, including
working in academic research computing, corporate consulting, and most recently
designing software for the electric power industry. However, he's equally as
happy behind a camera (both still and motion picture), just completed his
second movie as a cinematographer, and has spent many (perhaps too many)
late nights on promotional design projects.
